What is a rubber mold?

Rubber die is mainly used for the need to strengthen the molding pressure or transfer molding pressure process environment. Types of rubber molds

According to the different mold structure and product production process, rubber mold is divided into: pressing molding mold, die casting molding mold, injection molding mold, extrusion molding mold four common mold.

1. Press forming die

Also known as the common die. It is the mixed, processed into a certain shape and weighed semi-finished rubber directly into the mold, and then into the plate vulcanizing machine pressure, heating. The rubber material is vulcanized and formed under pressure and heating.

2. Die casting mold

Also known as transfer mold or extrusion mold. 3. Injection molding die

4. Extrusion die

Then, after cooling and shaping, the semi-finished rubber materials are transported to the curing tank for vulcanization or used as preforming semi-finished rubber materials required by the pressing method.
